In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context so requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to open and maintain an rp678 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age;
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated agents may not register as Members;
• You must be accessing rp678 of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion arrangement that covers the rp678 platform;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of rp678 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity in placing bets or managing an rp678 account.

rp678 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rp678 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) rp678 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. rp678 is not responsible for any service disruption, failed transactions, or loss of access resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rp678 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact rp678 support immediately.

rp678 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without providing a reason, in its sole discretion.

rp678 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention standards. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points: upon initial registration, before the processing of a first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any time rp678 has reasonable cause to verify a Member's identity.

When requested, you must provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three months, showing your name and current residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits, showing your name and the last four digits of the account or card number;
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value deposits or unusual transaction patterns, rp678 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of your funds.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification. rp678 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible image format (JPG, PNG, or PDF). Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will be rejected and the review clock will restart upon receipt of acceptable replacements.

All transactions on rp678 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp678 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which rp678 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method are displayed in the cashier section of your rp678 account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your rp678 Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. In the event of a deposit that is not reflected in your Wallet within thirty minutes, you must contact rp678 support and provide your transaction reference number. rp678 will investigate and credit the funds within a reasonable timeframe upon confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is one to three hours during operational hours (07:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where rp678's risk or fraud team has flagged the request for additional review.

rp678 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk. Deposits made via a particular method must generally be withdrawn via the same method up to the amount deposited, with any surplus withdrawn via the Member's nominated bank account.

rp678 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the UEFA Champions League final, Idul Fitri, and the Ramadhan period. The availability, amount, and terms of each promotion are set out on the individual promotion page and are subject to change at rp678's discretion.

The following general principles apply to all rp678 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and carry a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10× rollover requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer;
• Bets placed on games excluded from the promotion's qualifying game list, or bets hedged across opposing outcomes, do not count toward wagering requirements;
• If a withdrawal is requested before a bonus wagering requirement has been met, rp678 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings generated from it prior to processing the withdrawal;
• rp678 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time if it detects abuse, technical errors, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All bets are final once confirmed by the rp678 system, subject to the following exceptions:

• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be void and refunded;

• Bets on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be settled in accordance with rp678's sport-specific settlement rules, available in the Help section of the platform.

Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack streamed by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. • Laundering funds through the rp678 platform, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds;
• Using rp678 for any commercial purpose, including operating as a sub-agent, accepting deposits from third parties, or running a betting syndicate through a personal account;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while retaining funds or winnings in your rp678 Wallet.

All content on the rp678 platform — including but not limited to the rp678 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software code, game assets licensed from third-party studios, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of rp678 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp678 platform solely for personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any content or data from rp678 without the prior written consent of rp678.

rp678 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rp678 uses personal data to operate and maintain your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, deliver customer support, comply with legal obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and — where you have opted in — send you promotional communications. rp678 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the rp678 platform is protected by 256-bit TLS (SSL) encryption. Payment credentials are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and are never stored in plaintext on rp678 servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp678 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the rp678 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account access due to system outages, cyberattacks, or force-majeure events;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party game software, live-streaming feeds, or payment gateway infrastructure;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary;
• Any decision you make in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on rp678 that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

rp678's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rp678's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rp678 may suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member's account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity;
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Members;
• The Member has requested self-exclusion under rp678's Responsible Gaming policy;
• rp678 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC review. Where the account is closed due to a breach, rp678 reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rp678 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance — after deduction of any unsatisfied bonus obligations — will be returned to you.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp678 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute between you and rp678 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents rp678 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

rp678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rp678 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and — where practicable — notify active Members via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of rp678 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
